Fresh bread is best if consumed within a few days after it is baked. If you need to store lor longer periods of time, we suggest freezing it.  

To extend its freshness, bread can be frozen and later reheated in a 400 degree oven for five minutes before serving.

Bread is one of the main pillars of centuries old Turkish culinary history. Its warm and rich taste complements various mezzes like hummus, babaghannoush, haydari, to name a few. It is even great when used for dipping in olive oil surpassing many of its rivals.
